FAQ
1. Are the items returnable/exchangeable?
All our items have been discounted a great amount. Therefore they are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.
2. Are the items in perfect condition?
Yes! Occasionally we put in an order with our factories, and they end up producing up to double the amount we ask for. This is totally the norm in the apparel manufacturing industry, but it also means we can be left with a great deal of items we had not accounted for when placing our orders. Our loss is your gain!
3. What if an order comes damaged?
We definitely want to know! And want to do our best to help rectify the situation. Please email us at info@miamodoutlet.com
4. How long does it take for an order to ship?
Orders are dispatched from various locations, and may therefore ship within 24 hours, or within 7 days. They are shipped using USPS.
5. What if my order gets lost in the mail or says delivered and it's not on my doorstep?
Once an order shows "delivered" on the usps website, it is marked as delivered on our end and any issues are the customer's responsibility.
